Toddler and travel sickness

My little one is 2. She seems to suffer with travel sickness, we first noticed on a long 6 hour journey (with plenty of rest periods) and now with shorter journeys.

We are travelling this weekend and will be in the car 7 hours, again there will be plenty of rest periods.
Any suggestions what I can do to ease the travel sickness.

Thanks 😊

Piriton! My doctor advised to use this half an hour before travelling. It makes them drowsy and will fall asleep. Worked for us when ds had really bad track sickness
