I think dd may be lactose intolerant. I’ve notice she gets incredibly smelly wind, bloating and loose poos I’ve been keeping an eye on things and it happens after she’s had ice cream, yogurt, or a drink of milk. She is fine with milk in cereal but doesn’t have much milk and seems ok with porridge maybe because it’s heated milk? I’m going to switch to lactose free of these products and see how she goes but do I need to go to a gp for an official diagnosis I don’t know if there is any way for them to diagnose other than process of elimination with the food.
Also can anyone recommend any nice lactose free products as it seems to be in everything!
