Really odd rash. Any ideas?

This appeared today on DDs leg. She is ok in herself. A slight cough and a little tired but is eating fine.
It’s not raised it’s just strange as it’s not a typical type marking.

That's quite unusual looking.
I think if it was still there tomorrow morning I would ask a pharmacist to have a look at it.

Is it blanching?

Is it getting bigger? You could draw around it to check.

She wasn't playing with scent or lip balm or something that might have irritated her skin?

Yes it’s blanching.
Her bottom is also covered in spots but as she wears pull ups at night sometimes her bottom gets spotty, so I don’t think it’s related. It’s just a bad flare up.
So strange!

I only seen it when she got undressed for a bath and it didn’t change between 6pm and 9.30pm.

It looks like when you've had a hot water bottle on you - but I guess she hasn't!
