1st time mother living with parents in them high ceiling type houses that take ages retain heat in. Wondering which is the best and cost effective way to keep our room warm for the baby? I've heard fan heaters cost so much we have loads of them. The electric bill is always sky high so thinking of cost effective way that's also good for babies say with eczema and sensitive skin.
