Baby poop

Hi all. Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this for me please. My 2 month old went through a bout of wat appeared to be diarrhea and she only recently has her 8 week jabs. Her poop although usually the yellow mustardy colour sometimes has wat looks like darker green flecks or bits in it. I’m not sure if they are actually bits or if it’s just a colour change (like darker yellow/green) that just makes it look different...if you get me.

I found the 8 week jabs really affected my little ones nappies , how recently do you mean ?

Looks like a totally normal nappy to me! Is she breastfed or formula? Even BF it's common to have 'seedy bits' in.

How is it different from her usual nappies? And does she seem OK in herself or otherwise unsettled/uncomfortable?

Exactly the same looking nappies as mine 2 months old after her jabs.. except mine is having about 6 dirty nappies a day since jabs

She is exclusively breastfed. Had her jabs a week ago. Just before that she had what I took to be diarrhea, cos she went from going 2-3 times a day to a day when she went 5-6 very runny poops. Took her to docs m who said it could be a tummy bug and possibly not even diarrhea so just to let it run it’s course. Now I don’t know what’s normal anymore. She has on a couple of occasions gone a day with no poop, usually does 1 or 2 and now today has gone 4 times already and it’s now 17.30. Like I said I don’t know what’s normal anymore. But yes apart from that she is her normal self. Just can’t for the life of me figure out why her poop would look like it’s been sprinkled with oregano.
