7 Year Old Stretch Marks?

I’ve recently noticed my 7 year old son has some small stretch marks on either side of his hips.
He is tall (135cm) he’s not fat but he’s on the heavier side of normal.
Any other kids of this age have stretch marks? Wasn’t sure if it was normal or not.

This can happen with any rapid growth, height or weight wise. They’ll fade.
