Please help, worried!

Hello,
On the way out of the GP's surgery yesterday, I quickly used the blood pressure monitor and son (7) said he wanted a go. It printed a slip of paper which I stuffed into my handbag as we were in a rush. This morning I looked at his reading and panicked, it really doesn't seem right? Can anyone help. It says:

SYS 168
DIA 128
PUL 41

It's unlikely to be an accurate reading, I'm assuming it's an adult size cuff? In which case it won't give an accurate reading on a 7 year old sized arm. Plus, a 7 year old with a pulse of 40 something would look unwell.
