Heat rash or eczema? (Pics)

LG (18 months) has had a spotty rash on the back of her neck for a few days, we put it down to the heatwave as she has been very sweaty but the rash seems to have been spreading.

This morning it is right around her neck, shoulders and back and she seems to be finding it very itchy/uncomfortable. I have put an emollient cream on to try and soothe it but not really sure what else I can use to try and help her? Any advice is appreciated!

Have you tried giving antihistamines? Piriton is ok from 1 year

I only have piriton tablets, will head out and get liquid version and see if that helps. Thanks

That does look like heat rash, antihistamine as PP advised, also cold flannels. You could try a cool oatmeal bath, porridge oats in the foot of a pair of old tights and run under the water, makes a Soothing creamy bath.
