Worried about dehydration

DS had his 4 month vaccinations yesterday and like the first lot has been poorly ever since and the heat really isn’t helping matters. I’m inside with him trying to keep cool. He had a fever yesterday and his temperature is slowly going down thankfully, and he’s been having calpol, but has been off his milk since the jabs. He is combi fed due to recent breast refusal and he’s feeding every 3 hours(ish) but rather than having a full bottle he’s only having 2-3oz at a time. I’ve tried him with both formula and expressed milk but he’s just not interested but I’m concerned he will end up dehydrated in this weather! It’s 36 degrees here. I’ve offered him the breast too and he’s just had a feed that only lasted about 60 seconds. He’s still having wet nappies but they are lighter than usual I think. His fontanelle isn’t sunken fortunately. He is also very sleepy but usually is a day or two after his vaccinations, it’s the lack of milk I’m worried about! Has this happened to anyone else after vaccinations? Is it normal? I’m sure last time he wanted more milk, not less
