Just wanted to check in with anyone else who’s son has had thrush on their penis before.
DS is 10 and the head of his penis is red, itchy and had quite a bit of discharge coming from it, as well as a few spots. Looks awful poor thing.
I took him to doctors today who diagnosed thrush and have him some clotrimazole to apply.
This evening however, after havi applied the cream, some of the spots seem to have burst and have bled. Not loads of blood but it was obviously quite distressing for him, although he doesn’t seem too bothered at the moment.
Is this normal? I’ve had thrush a few times but have never had any bleeding. Not sure if I should take him back tomorrow....
