Should I be concerned?

My 14 yr old DD is feeling ill today- she looks pale and washed out, has no appetite, got up at 10 and was asleep on the sofa again by 12. Says she feels a bit sick and tummy hurts. Sounds like a standard tummy bug or virus so far. However she has recently had blood tests for heart palpitations/ irregular hear beat, chest pains and fatigue. The bloods that were not in normal range are serum alkaline phosphatase 117 ou/l (129-417) serum Creatinine 61 umol/l (39-60) and haematocrit 0.35l/l (0.37-0.5). Her red blood cell count is only just in the normal range likewise her Haemoglobin and her ferritin is 14.9 ug/l which is considered normal if it’s over 13.
She says she had chest pains last night and now has a headache and lower back pain.
Should she go back to the doctor? He hadn’t called her back so assumed blood test results were nothing to worry about. Should I be concerned?

Just bumping in case any medics are around.

I hope she's okay.

Speak to 111 or take her to your local walk in.

She is feeling a bit better and has eaten some soup but I will make an app for a follow up at docs. Mabelface- is there a reason you are advising 111 or walk in? Does it sound like something more urgent?
If any medics could advise on the blood tests that would be helpful?

The blood tests don't look worrying. Might be worth checking that she is eating a few iron rich foods? Not unreasonable to check in with the doctor about the results, either as appointment or as telephone consultation.
