Is this chicken pox?

My daughter has had this spot on her face for three days now. It looks like a chicken pox spot but it's the only one and she's been completely fine in herself which makes me think maybe I'm just being paranoid. Is it possibly just a very mild case of chicken pox?

It does look like CP but if that's the only one in 3 days then I'm not sure. Has it changed appearance at all in 3 days as CP has 3 stages.

Red bump, blister & scab. Obviously this would be the blister stage but normally (I think) this would have gone into scabs within a day.

Does she have a fever?

It has, the white/yellow colour on it only appeared this morning otherwise it's just been red. She's not had a temperature which makes me think it's not cp. She has been in contact with kids that have had it though

I'm not sure, it's a hard one really. Maybe it's a very mild case which in a way is a bit annoying because you'll never know if she's had them until she's older. Sorry I'm not much help. Only advise I can give which you will already know is to keep an eye on her temperature. My dd had them when she was 13 months old (now 13) very mild case as in 3 or 4 so wasn't sure if she'd get them again but ds (4) was full of them head to toe at Easter and very high temp.
