DD had a stomach bug on the 5th. Since then, she has vomited at least once every day, she has mustard coloured diarrhoea and now has developed a mucousy cough. The doctor I saw on the Friday just gone said "the weather can do that to babies"

Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be that I can take to the doctors? I normally have to do my own research to present to the doctor before they take me seriously so any help would be appreciated!
