Hard lumps on babes ankle / foot

Hi . 2 days ago I noticed my baby had a hard lump on his ankle which felt like bone . It was red where it is protruding out , it’s fairly large in size . I’ve just noticed he has another lump on the same foot on the top just where the leg meeets the foot . Any advise to what this is ? Getting worried . He has had no trauma as far as I’m aware and there is not bruising .

Definitely taken in a health care setting. Just in case you didn't dare ask: look at your ankles. See the bony bits sticking out at the side? Same thing. Called the malleolus, if you want to look it up for more reassurance.
