Can anyone identify these spots?

Hello,
Does anyone have a reasonable idea what these spots are on DD? The cat sleeps in her room sometimes but they are all different sizes (and lots of them) so hopefully not flea bites. They don't have anything in them so I don't think it's chickenpox but have drawn a blank. She feels fine and says they aren't itchy.....

Could be bed bugs? Try washing all bedding, hoovering mattress (a mattress protector if possible) and see if any more appear. You could also try an antihistamine and if that removes them then possible allergy to something but finding out what is difficult
