My DS had a rash appear on his bottom and thighs yesterday. Little red blisters/pimples so we assumed CP. However, this morning the spots are less red and there are no new spots anywhere. He's a little out of sorts mood wise, but has no temperature or anything else. Has anyone else experienced this, the spots appearing then seeming to fade. I expected more and more blisters to appear overnight!
