My daughter is 3months old and has the smelliest wind. I'm sure it's to do with the comfort milk but not 100% as it was happening before I switched to it. I'm currently waiting for the HV to call me. However I thought i would ask to see if you had any issues etc as even her urine can be really smelly sometimes too.
