Hi all, my ds4 threw up 2 weeks ago in the middle of the night. Assumed 24hr bug since a few work colleagues had it (or talked of their family members having it) and a few kids at nursery had it too. Kept him on plain food for 24hrs and then went back to normal. Friday past he came home from nursery with a sore tummy and very sleepy, had a nap and then threw up twice that afternoon. I thought possibly overate at school because they'd had a little party that day. Once again kept him on plain food for 24hrs and on Sunday returned to normal food, however we did go to the cinema that day so he had crisps and chocolate. Tea time became tired so let him have an early bedtime of 6.30pm, woke at 7.30pm and threw up again, then again around an hour later. No diarreah during all this. I have emetophobia and really struggle with anxiety when he's puking, I can just about cope when it follows a standard pattern of a 24hr bug but all this days apart stuff and weeks apart is really causing me anxiety of waiting for the next puking session out of nowhere. Anyone think this warrents a Dr's appointment or just wait it out? He's still on plain foods now 38hrs after last throw up because I'm terrified of it happening again. Also is it normal to catch a bug 2 weeks apart? I thought once you had it you were immune for about 12 weeks?
