New Glasses

DD is 4 (still in pre-school) and has just been prescribed glasses. She wore them around town today but when we got home, she said the tv looked blurry. I called the optician and they said that as it's a strong-ish prescription (+2.5/+2.75) that it can take a few days to adjust as the eyes have been having to work hard for so long and now they don't need to.
Is that normal?
She doesn't want to wear them now. Sad

It is normal, try not to worry. Maybe try putting them on when she is playing/distracted, or from first thing in the morning. She will get used to them !
