Hi everyone,
We’ve noticed some little red pin prick spots on our 1 yo legs mainly but there is a few on her arms. I wasn’t too worried, gave her a bath this afternoon and when getting her changed for bed they seem to have gotten worse. I’ve added a couple of photos.
I’ve tried searching for something that looks similar but there’s so many different types of skin rashes and they vary in appearance. Please help if you can.
