DD lightheaded when standing up

My dd is 5, she got up to go to the loo this morning and when she came back she said mummy when I got up I suddenly couldn’t see much but when I got to the toilet it all came back and now I’m fine? I’ve had this before when standing up but is it normal for a child to get it?

It might be low blood pressure and can happen when you stand up too quickly, get her to drink plenty of fluids and if it happens again take her to the GP.

I meant feeling dizzy and not being to see properly can happen if you stand up too quickly and you’ve got low blood pressure. It’s usually nothing to worry about and can be caused by being sat down for too long or being dehydrated.
