Little spots on baby advice please

I've sent the photos to a health visitor but unsure if they'll reply today do I need to be worrying or is this normal.. sorry ftm stuck at home after csection. There just behind ears and going into neck and cheeks

Looks like heat rash to me, has it been clammy where you are? Hard to use a glass on that area of such a small baby but if you use your fingers to spread the skin the spots should fade to white colour and then bk to pink when you let go? If they don't disappear you need to see your gp. Does baby have any other symptoms?
