Too much calpol after 8 week vaccinations?

Yesterday my lg had her 8 week jabs. I gave her the 3 doses (starting at 12 after the jabs), 5 hours apart as she has fever all afternoon. At 5:30 am my husband gave her a 4th dose as she was feverish. He though it was 4 doses within 24 hours. A bit worried now as she is quite small, 3.7kg. She seems ok to me now but... could I have caused some damage to her liver/kidneys???

It is four doses within 24 hours.

It's 4 doses of calpol in 24hrs and 3 doses of nurofen in 24hrs, just check your box and you will be reassured she's not overdosed.

No, the leaflet for dosage after the 8-week immunisation says 3 doses of 2.5ml. Maybe 4 doses is for older babies?

This is what the website says, but the nhs gives a leaflet saying it is safe to give 3 doses

4 doses is fine. 3 doses recommended and an extra if required. X

Three is recommended for the vaccinations.
But they can have four doses within a 24 hr period
