Seizures or night terrors?

Hi,
Just looking for some advice please.
My little is 8 years old, this has happened 3 times now in the space of a few months where he goes to bed, falls asleep and then wakes up violently shaking,he is neither awake nor asleep and knows who I am.

He has shaken tonight for about 5-10 mins, not crying but saying he feels sick.
Have calmed him down and now he is fast asleep next to me.

His older sister used to have night terrors but she used to cry with them, talk nonsense and go back to sleep. I dont remember her shaking.

I'd film it and get him to the GP

Definitely film it & take him to GP

Can he talk to you whilst he is shaking?
Is he incontinent during these episodes (does he wee or poo himself)
Does he bite his tongue?
