3 year old tummy pain

My 3 year old has been complaining of tummy aches for the last 3 days - waking him up at night etc. He's still eating but less than usual

No other symptoms - no temperature, no sickness or diarrhoea

Any ideas? Are there any bugs like this or reckon he needs a gp trip?

Could he be constipated?
My dd gets tummy ache when she needs a poo and especially when teeth are coming. She is getting her fangs at the moment and has a lot of tummy ache.

Hmm it all seems pretty normal - he's been going each day as usual so I don't think it can be constipation, but at this point I've got no idea!
