Can anyone tell me what this might be?
DD's skin has been bad recently with eczema on her wrists and ankles (she been having hydro val which has improved it) but as soon as we went outside it becomes patchy and red so I'm thinking she has some sort of allergy to the sun or something? I've attached pics, hopefully they show.
Anyone any ideas?
