Does anyone know what this is?

A strange mottled rash has appeared on the soles of both of my DDs feet today. She's totally fine in herself, hasn't been unwell recently. It doesn't appear to be itchy or bothering her in any way. It's not anywhere else on her body. Can't find anything on Dr Google!!

Are her feet cold? Does she have poor circulation?

They do feel a bit cold, she hates wearing, socks, slippers etc so her feet are often cold. No known circulation problems

It happens when babies are cold

Thick fluffy socks or slippers for an hour and if that doesn't change things then I'd probably seek medical advice. Mottled skin can be a sign of many things, some innocent and some not so innocent.

Thank you all - it's completely gone now, I made her wear some thick socks and her feet are warm. I'll keep an eye on it and get her checked if it keeps happening
