Should I be worried

This rash has just come up on my son he’s 3 he’s just had a bath. It blanches when I touch it

Did you use a new soap? New detergent on your towels? Bath overly hot? If no d of the above I'd be phoning 111

No I’ve not used anything new he is just getting over conjunctivitis so maybe it’s that?

Wow that looks angry. Do you have any Piriton? Could be an allergy to soap/bubble bath. Or if he's just had conjunctivitis then an allergy to the antibiotics? You could ring 101 for advice (NHS Direct)

Well ladies it’s disappeared no trace of it whatsoever he’s fast asleep now! I’ll keep my eye on him but I think I just panicked. Thanks for all your replies
