Rash

Hi all, for the past couple of days my 4 month old has had this rash on her chest.
There's no temp, and she's eating/sleeping/playing as normal. Any ideas?

Could a rash like this be linked to milk allergy? We're waiting on our referral to the paeds as my HV is wondering if she has an intolerance as she was having 4-5 huge runny poos a day. I've massively cut down on dairy (still just having a wee bit) and weeks later her poo is normal (1-2 a day, normal consistency). However I think I had a bit more cheese than normal on Saturday as she had a lot of runny poo on Sunday and that's when the rash started.
Even throughout all this though, she's been very settled and happy.

Thanks for any help ☺️.

It looks a little like heat rash, has it been hot where you are recently? If its not that, then yes it could easily be an allergic rash and you might want to consider completely eliminating dairy until you see the paed as some doctors think that repeated exposure to something you are allergic/intolerant to will drive the body’s reaction to higher and higher levels
