What is this rash?

DS is 10 weeks old and has this rash on his chest and a few on his legs. I noticed it last night but it seems worse today. He seems absolutely fine in himself and I am guessing it could be heat rash but I’m not sure? Should I get this checked?

With ds only be 10 weeks old i would be phoning 111 to try get a ooh appoinment just to make sure it is just a innocent rash.

Just phoned 111, awaiting a call back. Hoping I’ll be able to take him to our little local hospital out of hours

It is probably a heat rash but getting it checked by a Doctor is absolutely the right thing to do.

Good that you're getting it checked out, definitely the right plan at this age.

Is that a velour sleepsuit? He might be a bit warm, if it's not chilly where you are

Spoke to a nurse practitioner on the phone. She said it sounds nothing to be concerned about because there are no other symptoms, but I have an appointment for the walk in centre tomorrow to double check. The rash has actually faded a little now though so if it’s gone by the morning I will cancel the appointment.
It’s just a thin cotton sleepsuit that he’s wearing, our house is quite cool because we never get sun through the front so I always get paranoid that he’ll get cold x
