20MO sickness keeps coming back- on holiday - any advice?

My 20MO DS woke up Friday morning at 2am being sick, and every half hour until approx Sat 2pm (It was my wedding day!) - he was okay Sat afternoon and Sunday, just very tired and wanted lots of breastmilk. He had a little meal Sunday evening and kept it down. Monday we had an early flight to Greece for our honeymoon, Ds came with us. He was tired but okay on the plane and for the rest of the day. Tuesday he was sick after breakfast, and again Tuesday lunchtime. Okay all day today, banana and toast for breakfast, some french fries for lunch (I wanted something relatively safe and dry) and some more french fries for dinner, which came back up straight away. He has just had breastmilk and that's come back up too.

He hasn't done a poo since Sunday, but hasn't really eaten properly since then. He has wanted regular breastmilk, and has been feeding nearly all night each night this week. He doesn't have a temperature, wee is regular and normal smelling.

He perks up sometimes and I think we have turned the corner, and then is sick and back to being sad and subdued and quiet and sleepy.

We have three days before due to fly home. Does anyone have any advice for what it might be? Could it be a tummy bug going on for this long? I think I will try and find a doctors to take him to tomorrow. Any replies welcome, I'm a worried mummy. Should I keep offering food and breastmilk? He sips water, but has to be tempted to do so.

Keep going with breast milk and sips of bottled water (not tap). No french fries, the fat on them probably set him off. Do the brats diet. Bananas rice apple sauce and toast all plain. Crackers are also ok if they are very plain. If he is weeing ok, and doesnt have a fever just keep plugging away

Congrats on getting married!

It’s probably some sort of bug coupled with being away from home / new water / routine disrupted / not recovering fully. If he’s generally fine, no temperature, drinking well, playing okay, that’s all good. Keep him out of direct sun/heat.

Stay away from fried and fatty food: toast and jam (no butter), crackers, plain boiled rice. No meat or fish. Ice lollies from a sealed packet for hydration and sugar. Lots of breastmilk. Dry cereal like Cheerios or cornflakes (no cows milk). Not long to go, he’ll probably perk right up the minute you get home. They just know. They have a habit of just knowing....!
