Any ideas on this rash?

Dd1 (age 2) has come out in this rash. Started off last night but has got steadily worse since. No temperature and well in herself. Blanches when touched. Any ideas what it could be?

My boys had something very similar. We were told it was viral (just like every other rash they’ve ever had) but I’d definitely get it looked at to be safe

Thanks for the replies, just back from the pharmacist who wasn't sure but said it didn't look like anything too serious. Has given us some piriton syrup to see if that calms it down, will monitor her temp over night and go to out of hours in concerned.
