Breastmilk on eczema

I've read some scientific studies about putting breastmilk on baby's eczema. The results are promising.

I wondered if anyone had any first hand experience here or any tips? And how long it took to see any improvement, if at all.

no, dont think it would work.
esp as my own breastmilk used to give me eczema when it landed on my feet.
why would it cure eczema, it certainly doesnt prevent it when you drink it does it?
