My son is 10 and his willy is very small. I’m really worried. I’m hoping it will grow when he hits puberty. Anyone else experience this? He knows it’s small and comments on it all the time

My DS is 11y and still has baby size penis, his brother 9y is bigger than him. He himself has not mentioned this.
11y is tall and broad, I'll wait another couple of years and then if still baby size penis will take him to Doctor.
