I take Amitriptyline, 100mg per night. I use to get 50mg tablets, but for my last two months prescriptions I've been given 25mg tablets, when I queried this at my local pharmacy they just said they hadn't got any 50mg tablets in, I'm wondering if it's just a shortage in my area or nationwide?
I take amitriptyline because of headaches, and since I've taken these 25mg I've had lots more & funnily enough some strange dreams, I don't know if different branded tablets can have side effects like these. Anyone else experience this?
