What's normal after one year vaccinations?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone more experienced could advise me. My baby has just had his 1 year vaccinations yesterday. Since last night he has been clearly very uncomfortable and feverish (39.6ish going down a bit with paracetamol which I gave for discomfort.) He also had some diarrhoea this morning. None since but he's refusing to eat.

I don't have other experience to go on and am not sure what best to do for him. He is breastfeeding a bit but basically has no appetite and I'm worried he could get dehydrated? He is mainly asleep and when awake just wants to lie on my chest. Should I be waking him frequently to try and get him to have milk or water? Should I be calling the GP?

From what I've read he wouldn't have side effects from the MMR till a week or so after the vaccine, so it must be one/some of the others causing it. I'm thinking perhaps the Hib/Men C as it's the only other new one (he wasn't like this after his 8, 12 and 16 week jabs).
