Past 2 days she's been complaining of sore throat and she sounds like she's got a cold but she doesn't have a runny nose. Her temp is 39.2 half an hour after Calpol. Should I just keep an eye on her. She's drinking ok and has had a little bit of food but her face is red and she keeps complaining she's hot.
