21 month always ill

Any advice would be appreciated please 🙏🏻 I have two children my first is 9 and I also have a 21 month old. The youngest goes to nursery one day a week. Problem is it that he is ill constantly, bronchitis, croupe, tonsillitis, sickness, upset tummy, hand foot and mouth (more that once), wheezing, has an inhaler, conjunctivitis. We give him vitamins everyday, he has a brilliant diet. My oldest went to the same nursery and is never ill. LO is ill with something big at least once a month. Hand foot and month has been twice this month. I’m constantly needing to be off work and it’s taking its toll on us. I know children can get ill from nurseries but like I say he goes once a week but I have never known of a child ill like he is. I’m just wondering if he has any immune system at all and if there’s a way to build it up/check it. I know in time he will stop being ill but in the meantime I ideally would find a way to prevent some of the illnesses so that I can keep my job!! Please help

Some kids are just like this! I was but thankfully my children aren't (touch wood). You sound like you're doing everything right. Do you wash his hands when you get home from nursery (or anti bac when he gets in the car at pick up before any food, etc)?

Agree, some kids just have that tendency (my DS does too, he's 2.5).

You could try giving a probiotic? That's supposed to help the immune system apparently.
