Teething has stopped

I wondered if anyone has had a baby whose teething has seemingly stopped. My 16mo hasn't had any new teeth for at least 4 months. What concerns us a bit is that she has seven teeth and I thought they usually come through in pairs. The bottom left incisor is showing no signs of coming at all. And no sign of any others either. I know late teething is fine but I'm not sure about stopping for such a long time.
She's a pretty ropey sleeper so no way to know if teething pain is present or not.
I will take her to the dentist but I don't want to waste a valuable appt if I discover the dentist is likely to say there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Might wait until my next checkup and ask then.

At 16mnth I would expect her to have about 8 teeth. So upper incisors and lower incisors. She might also get her first molars through at this age but it might not be for another couple of months. Basically her teething is perfectly normal, she's not late at all, and a 4mnth gap is perfectly normal.

They do normally come though in roughly pairs but not necessarily, the lower second incisors should come through 10-16mnths so she is still perfectly normal here, if at the upper end.

I would give it another couple of months and then get her to a dentist. There's probably nothing the dentist would do apart from reassure you but it would be good to get DD to the dentist anyway at this age to get her used to the environment.

Basically what I am saying is it all sounds perfectly fine to me and I wouldn't be worried at all at this stage.

My 16 month old is exactly the same. Got his 7th tooth about 6 months ago and nothing since! I keep waiting for the next one to appear. Sleeping is hit and miss and he’s constantly chewing and drooling. I think they teeth in fits and starts so I assume the rest will appear eventually

My nearly 17 month old only has 6! With no signs of any further as yet. I'm trying not to concern myself, as you can't make teeth grow. But he does seem a bit behind in the tooth department!
