Bumps in sons ears (pic)

Any thoughts on these blisters/bumps on my 4yr olds ears? They've been there a while now - sure they are sun related, and get more raised after a sunny day.
Something to worry about or just a form of sunburn?

I don’t know what they are but a friend’s son had them last week and antihistamines got rid of them
