What's causing this?.

My three year old son has had two loose watery stools this afternoon but has no other symptoms. He had a big portion of grapes yesterday, could this be causing it?. We haven't been anywhere to catch any bugs.

Could be the grapes yes but also could be just about anything with toddlers lol. My ds had 2 glasses of pear juice at Xmas time and it gave him diarroeah about 3hrs later. He went about 3 times that evening and by next day was back to normal.
