5 day stomach ache?

DS7 had vomitting Friday all day. A bug going through the school so assumed this. Stomach ache still there today, 5 days on. Is this normal? He isn't a sicky boy, neither was DD9 so I have no clue!

We have something similar with DD3. She vomited Sunday eve, then again Monday eve. Slight fever Monday. Then stomach ache for 3 days, cramps. Then just vomited again tonight (Wednesday.) Very odd virus?
