Hi all, after a pretty healthy winter over the last 6 weeks my daughter has been ill about 4 times. The first time was just a temp but she was off her food and than a rash appeared. A doctor said it was viral.
Since then she’s had 3 colds! All with a slight fever, runny nose, cough and sticky eyes. The cough isn’t fully clearing up each time before getting ill again so she’s had a cough for about six weeks.
Is it normal to be ill so much in a short space of time?
She’s been at pre-school for over a year and has been pretty lucky not to catch much until recently.
Should I take her to the doctor?
I did notice that most of the children were coughing and sneezing in the Pre school the other day. I do think she’s just picking it up from there but she was absolutely fine up until the end of Feb.
