So when changing DD's nappy today I saw a spot on her private parts, quite close to her nappy rash so I put on some sudocream and thought nothing of it. Now changing her there's the same spot on her leg near her nappy? Any idea what this is? It looks like a bite but she's got nothing in her clothes and I'm a bit confused why its so close or inside her nappy
