He just came to me and said ‘mummy I’ve got a lump’. It’s just under his jawline, a bit tender. I had a look in his mouth and his back tooth is a bit broken and on his top him, there’s what looks like an abcess. Raised red bump with a ‘head’ on it.
Could that be what’s causing the lump?
