My DD who is 3.5 started complaining of hip and knee pain last summer and was seen in the local paediatric clinic before Christmas, they had no concerns from the initial examination and I'm assuming the xrays were clear as the follow up appointment came through the post for June.
DD also toe walks which has increased in frequency over the last year to the point she's on her toes unless reminded and goes straight back to toes soon after.
She's constantly tripping due to being on her toes and now struggles walking for more than 15 min without saying her legs hurt, again I think due to the toe walking.
Should I go back to the gp to either get the peads appointment pulled forward or see if there needs to be a different referral for this?
Or do I call the peads clinic direct?
The toe walking was discussed with the consultant and she watched her walking both on toes and flat feet, which is normal when she does it.
