Chicken pox reappeared

Is this even possible? He is 12 days in and all have scabbed over, most started to disappear but a brand new blister has shown up on his foot? Feeling dreadful as I sent him back to the childminders today and only just saw the blister tonight!

How strange. I just posted similar. Except his has healed and gone and now he appears to have them again.
