Strange faint rash

3 year old DS woke up this morning with a strange rash under both his eyes - like very faint pinky red freckles,some are bigger than others.

As the day has gone on this rash is now on his face, neck and torso. I’ve attached a few photos but they aren’t especially clear.

He said he feels alright, no fever. We haven’t changed laundry products or toiletries and as far as I’m aware he’s not eaten anything unusual.

Sounds like one of the viral rashes ds used to get. He was never ill with them, although sometimes they looked quite alarming.

look up fifth disease, has rash that comes and goes, and slight cold symptoms.

go to GP or get advice as if it is, you need to be careful to keep child away from pregnant woman in early or last stages of pregnancy.

or it could simply be heat rash!
