TUMMY BUG?

I have a tummy bug and I'm vomiting. My baby is 3 months old I have been laid with him all day until I started to feel poorly... will he catch it from me??? Should I send him to go stay at his grandparents? My partner is here to feed him etc but I don't really want to be around him in case he catches it. Or will he be okay?? Anyone experienced this

Me and my wife caught the dreaded vomiting bug when our boy was about 4 months and then again 2 months later. Both times he didn't catch it (until they go to nursery and then its never ending). I think he will be fine but if you have the options of grandparents use them so at least you can recover quicker

Are you breastfeeding? If so he’s probably better staying with you because he’ll get the antibodies

@thaegumathteth that's a good point. Babys are pretty strong as they still have a strong immunity until about 6 months when they get their own so I think he will be fine

He was breastfed till a few weeks ago, he's formula fed now. I feel a little better this morning but he's gone to his Nana's house for the day while I try sweat this thing out. Thanks for advice x
