My DD age 2 is going through a very picky stage with her eating, as all toddlers do I'm told! However it's complicated with her ASD diagnosis and sensory issues/love of routine is also playing a big part too
She loves pasta (certain shape only!) and carbs in general but I'm despairing of her not getting all she needs and particularly the same wheat pasta over and over again.
Getting support from teams etc but in the meantime I had a thought I could try the different types of pasta so rice pasta, buckwheat pasta etc but is this a total waste of time? Would the different types of grain and carb be better (if she'll eat them, it's hit or Miss) than just the same wheat pasta every day regularly from a nutritional point of view?
